About

Built by an operator, in the room where the stakes were real.

QuarterZip Labs exists because the best marketing teams were being held back by execution, while the AI meant to help stayed a pile of disconnected tools.

The thesis.

AI is finally good enough to do real marketing work, not just autocomplete it. But most teams cannot safely capture that. Consumer tools do not know your brand or your rules. Enterprise platforms lock you into someone else’s cloud and roadmap. We built a third path: a Marketing Operating System that does real work, follows your rules, and becomes an asset you own.

The reference company.

The first system was built and proven inside a regulated direct-to-consumer health company under FDA and FTC oversight, with claim-by-claim evidence binding on every asset. That is the hardest marketing environment there is. A system that holds there generalizes to anywhere else.

Founder

A system productized for the teams who need it.

QuarterZip Labs was founded by John Sheldon, who spent years leading marketing and revenue inside demanding, regulated, high-growth environments. He built the first Marketing Operating System to solve his own problem: enormous marketing potential throttled by the grind of execution and review. QuarterZip Labs is that system, productized for teams who need it.

How we work.

Straight talk

We tell you what’s true, including when you’re not a fit.

You own it

Your data, your library, your output, and the custom skills your team builds on the platform. The build ends with the keys in your hand.

Governed by default

Quality and compliance are structural, not a person having a good day.

Outcomes over hype

We would rather show you the engine running than talk about AI in the abstract.

Start with a kickoff and an audit.

Thirty minutes. We map your current AI use, your maturity stage, and your highest-leverage workflows, and tell you honestly whether a system is worth building.
